Steps to Seat Reservation

Listed below are the main steps to follow to get your seat reserved. Each step is described in detail below.

  • Login
  • Add seats to your shopping cart
  • Confirm your reservation
  • Payment

Login

If you are not already logged in you will be asked to log in to the system every time you visit the reservation page.



Use your ARCHITECT MEMBERSHIP NUMBER and PASSWORD to login. Enter membership number and password and click login.

Also you can access the login screen anytime using the link shown below, this link is available at the top right corner of the reservations page.




Adding Seats

Once you successfully logged in you can browse through different areas seats are laid out. Shown below is the complete layout of the available sections.

Each section contains seats and price. Cost of each seat is Rs.8000/=


Booking

If you are interested in a particular seat or seats, click on the SECTION then click on the SEAT or SEATS you want and it will be temporarily added to your shopping cart.

Important

If you want to book MORE THAN 6 seats, you must provide the MEMBERSHIP NUMBER of another SLIA member. Once the membership number is provided you can reserve up to 6 more seats.



Shopping cart is a temporary locker for your seats until you confirm the reservation.



You have the freedom to remove seats from your cart and add seats until you confirm your reservation. You can use the delete button as shown below to remove a seats from the cart



Payment

There are two payment methods available.

  • Online Payment
  • Cash Payment

You can either pay the full amount by credit card (master card and visa accepted) or you opt to make a cash payment at the SLIA.

If cash payments are not received within 2 working days, the reservation will be removed.

If it's a online payment once you click on the confirm button, you will be taken to the payment gateway page. Please enter your credit card details and proceed with the payment. Once the payment has been processed an email will be sent with a summary of the seats booked and an invoice attached.

Once a reservation is made, it is considered final. Reservations cannot be modified on the portal.


FAQ

How do I know if a seat is already booked?

Booked stalls will be indcated with a RED color as shown.


Do I have to book all my seats at once?

No. You can always come back and add seats to your booking at a later time. With each subsequent booking you will receive an updated invoice to your email.


How do I view my earlier reservations?

Once you login to the system, "My Account" link will appear at the top menu of the reservation page. This will lead you to your account page where you can view

- Past reservations
- Your account details.
